Recreation Program Aide 

 

The Town of Monmouth is looking to fill a newly created position as a Recreation Program Aide.  The qualified candidate will have a variety of duties and responsibilities including but not limited to, assisting the Recreation Director in the planning and leading of any/all recreational activities and events, updating social media, and enforcing policies and procedures of the recreation department.   

This position will require a flexible schedule, as nights and weekends may be required, depending on activities and events planned.  This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of up to 10 hours per week with an hourly wage of $15-$20 per hour, depending on qualification. A valid Maine Class C drivers license as well as a high school diploma is required.  Experience in recreational programming is preferred.
